I love this picture of Mike and Makenzie. We actually got a picture of her smiling which in itself is nothing short of a miracle. She usually refuses to smile when we tell her to say "cheese".This picture is when the kids and I met Mike at the Grand Central Station after work one day and ate at Junior's which has great burgers and delicious cheesecakes.

Last Saturday night there were fireworks down at the south seaport piers. The Brooklyn Philharmonica Orchestra put on a concert that had fireworks at the finale. They were really good and the kids loved them and loved playing with their glow-in-the-dark toys too.
